Online International Communities: What's working and what's not
Establishing and maintaining a vibrant online community is challenging. To do so with an international cohort has additional complexity but also brings exciting opportunities.
I would like to share observations, successes, and difficulties, following two years of leading the UAL Pre-degree: Online (PDO) course. We will examine the recruitment and induction phase, setting standards of good practice from the outset and learning from culturally diverse and engaged individuals.
