Brief description of session and activities

In a global market place, international awareness is a key skill many employers value. Graduates play an important role in driving new economic growth so it is important for future graduates to be engaged with different cultures and expand their knowledge of global contexts. The London College of Fashion is taking a strategic approach and developing an international strategy that develops a generation of fashion professionals who are able to operate in a global context.

This workshop will present case studies of collaboration within fashion education and the industry undertaken by the International Partnership Development team at LCF. It will also discuss how these collaborative projects can help students to develop the skills in communication, team-working and entrepreneurship that employers are seeking.
