How to publish a book?
In this presentation, I will a give short description of how I published my book on ‘Social Media in Higher Education’. I will describe my only personal journey from producing an early version as a pdf document, through the different drafts to its final publication in 2019.
I will also discuss the benefits of publishing with an Open Access Publisher (Open Book Publishers), how this enables greater readership and access and how to ‘pitch’ your own book idea to a publisher.
Finally, I will also give my own top tips for anyone thinking of publishing their own book.
