How Graduate Futures created a new service during the pandemic
The new Graduate Futures service at LCF launched its inaugural offer at the start of the academic year with the provision based entirely on a coordinated and sequential hybrid blend of Synchronous and Asynchronous modes of engagement. Students engage through these three sequential steps.
1. Learn from How to Guides, Podcasts, Online Modules and Canvases. (Asynchronous)
2. Develop knowledge through 1-2-1 Consultations, Webinars and Workshops (Asynchronous and Synchronous)
3. Practise applying skills through Networking events, Careers fairs, Hackathons, Venture Crawls, Bootcamps Live pitching opportunities and enterprise awards. (Synchronous)
