Healing Pedagogy: Ways of Transforming Arts Education Through Crisis

This presentation sets to build a new pedagogic framework around Healing Pedagogy that will shed light on the Humanistic Approach to arts education. I will investigate how this approach might transform the classroom practices, teaching contexts, and challenge how staff and students interact through crisis. I will share examples of my classroom designs, interpersonal communication between my teaching-learning communities, and well-being intervention developed during this unprecedented year.
