A personal story of Creativity, Entrepreneurship and Neurodiversity

East London pioneer, Piers Roberts launched Designersblock in 1998 and led production of the London Festival of Architecture from 2004-08. Supporting 4000 young designers from 38 countries, these shows, held in large empty buildings, created the blueprint for International Creative Festivals, now common across the world.

What values and factors led to the emergence of city festivals, and how is this relevant for a new generation of creative entrepreneurs?

Diagnosed autistic ten years ago, Piers explores its impact across his career. In what ways may we support people who see, think and feel differently in education, life and business?
