Welcome to year's UAL Education Conference, organised by the Teaching, Learning and Employability Exchange.
This 2 day online conference is a unique staff development opportunity: learn about colleagues' innovative research and practices, from across all 6 Colleges, central services and Arts SU.
There are numerous pressing issues for us in the UK Higher Education sector. "This year has been an extraordinary challenge" was how we framed the Conference in 2021, barely out of the first pandemic lockdown. Yet this sentiment holds equally true in 2023. How have we faced cumulative challenges in ways that meet the needs of our students and stakeholders, whilst maintaining a positive and innovative response?
