Co-creating new models of education for fashion and sustainability

  • Nina Stevenson: Education for Sustainability Leader, Centre for Sustainable Fashion
Since 2008, Centre for Sustainable Fashion (CSF) has been pioneering new knowledge and understanding of what and how to teach fashion and sustainability. In 2014, CSF co-created a Masters level curriculum with industry partner Kering. Underpinned by CSF research, this values-based learner journey has been delivered to multiple cohorts of learners (more than 31,000 over 5 years) via a range of formats - face to face, online as a MOOC (massive open online course), and as a blended unit. This roundtable brings together research, teaching, digital and knowledge exchange to explore the benefits and considerations of co-creation and online learning.
